Return & Refund Guidelines
At MinitorX, we want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a clear and fair return process.
How Long You Have to Return Your Item
Customers may request a return within 90 days from the date the package was delivered.
To start the process, reach out to us at strikex-shop@gmail.com and include your order number and a brief explanation.
Once our team reviews your request, we’ll provide the correct return address.
All return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.
Return Requirements
A return can only be approved if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

All included accessories, inserts, and materials must be sent back.

Proof of purchase is required.

Before shipping the item back, we may ask for photos of the product to confirm its condition.
Before You Request a Refund — Important Information

We cannot issue a refund while your shipment is still en route. Delivery must be completed first.

Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are excluded from returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Original shipping fees are included in the refundable amount.

If you return one part of a discounted bundle, the remaining item(s) will revert to their standard pricing, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives with defects, signs of damage, or the wrong item, notify us immediately at strikex-shop@gmail.com.
We’ll evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return, including:

EU Orders — 14-Day Withdrawal Rights
For customers within the European Union:
You are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, allowing you to cancel your purchase for any reason. This period begins on the day the order is delivered.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and labels included.
How Refunds Are Processed
After your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected.
Once the evaluation is complete, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
Some banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.
